We’re searching for a People & Payroll Governance Team Lead, a unique leadership opportunity for someone with strong theoretical payroll knowledge who wants to focus on coaching, quality, and oversight, not hands‑on processing.

You’ll manage a team of 8–12 Payroll Specialists and act as the strategic knowledge owner for payroll accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across the Netherlands.

What You’ll Lead & Own
• Lead, inspire, and grow a team of payroll professionals
• Oversee payroll quality, compliance, and audit readiness
• Manage escalations and complex payroll inquiries
• Drive continuous improvement, SLAs, and process excellence
• Support reporting and payroll governance

What You Bring
