As our People & Culture Manager, you will start your day by managing our HR administration and day-to-day HR aspects. Next to that, you're the strategic guide for our team's culture and talent development, shaping our workplace into a positive environment. From attracting talent to nurturing their growth, onboarding, offboarding, and managing HR operational tasks, you're the conductor of our employee journey.

As a key player in this mission, you will work closely with our HR Coach to identify and nurture the unique potential in each team member, ensuring our specialists receive best-in-class support and development opportunities. You are a people-focused professional with a talent for building effective relationships. The ideal candidate is a great communicator, capable of inspiring change and adapting their approach to various situations. You have an open-minded attitude and willingness to learn new HR software tools, as well as a keen interest in streamlining and improving HR processes.
The role requires a supportive coordinator who excels at helping, organizing, and gaining buy-in from a diverse team. Finally, we are looking for a self-starter mentality, with the ability to easily switch between daily HR operational tasks and long-term HR projects and strategies.
Functievereisten People and Culture Manager
As a People & Culture Manager, you will bring experience in:
- HR administration and employee lifecycle;
- Talent attraction, onboarding, and offboarding;
- Working in a small/medium team and working independently;
- Talent Development, Health and Wellbeing, Compensation and Benefits;
- Dutch employment law.
Furthermore, you have 3+ years in a position in People & Culture, HR Advisor or a similar role.
