The position
In the role of HR Data Officer (32-40 hours), you are responsible for the support on the implementation of our new HRIS and payroll system.

What do you need for this position?
We are looking for a fun and flexible HR colleague for an immediate start. This is a temporary position for the duration of 7 months.

You are hands on, have an eye for detail and a team player. You know how to communicate with the various levels in an organization and have an excellent skill of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing. Preferably you have affinity with IT systems and MS Office. You have experience in a HR administrative role.

What will you be doing for us?

• Aiding the HR team in setting up a best practice payroll system for the future

• Checking, maintaining and updating personnel data in HRIS and other systems as required

• Liaise with the global HRIS team to improve HR processes and system use

• Participate on local and European HR projects as required

• Provide Workday user support and guidance to employees

• In this position, you report to the HR Manager

What you bring:

• You have a high level of attention to detail with solid Excel skills

• You are able to operate independently and set priorities

• Reliable, careful, flexible, and results-oriented

• You have good HR administrative experience (or HBO starter)

• Excellent written and spoken command of the Dutch & English language

• Nice to have: experience with systems like Workday, Cobra, AdobeSign or DocuSign
