Functieomschrijving HR Business Partner

Your team

As a HR Business Partner you’ll be part of the HR department and you’ll be working in The Netherlands.

Your responsibilities

Your main responsibility as a HR Business Partner is to provide professional advice and guidance on all employee relations issues to managers within breadth of knowledge.

Besides that your responsibilities are the following:

  • Provide professional advice for recruitment, disciplinary, grievance, absence, redundancy, communication and performance management following the rules and regulations of the company.
  • Enhance company's competitiveness by designing organizations complying with the business strategy and acquiring/nurturing/managing talents.
  • Maximize organization's performance and drive employees' motivation by improving/operating HR policy (evaluation/promotion/reward/discipline) complying with the business strategy.
  • Create proactive solutions to drive and facilitate change initiatives and continuous improvement projects in support of the customer group and the broader business.
  • Plan year-round talent management processes including performance and workforce evaluation, development and succession plans.
  • Apply expertise, systems and processes to meet business needs by collaborating with other members of HR.
  • Prepare key HR indicators, grasp areas of opportunity, and provide supports for the development of related action plans.
  • Prepare and monitor SCI actions with customer groups. Provide feedback to managers.
  • Design a recruitment process and job descriptions with managers.
  • Plan communication, team meetings, approval processes and team building.
  • Provide support to resolve complex employee relations issues, performing investigations if needed.
